Do I need a new Melissa Odabash account to join?

No, if you already have a Melissa Odabash account you will now be a member of our Beach Club Rewards. New customers can join by creating an account.
How do I earn points?

Every time you make a purchase on our website, you will earn 1 point per €1 spent.
You will also earn points for creating an account, signing up to our newsletter, following us on Instagram & Facebook and providing your birthday.
When can I start using my points?

When you earn points for any purchase, you can redeem your points once the 14 day returns period has passed. Your points will be adjusted accordingly should you make any returns.
How do I check my points balance?

You will find your points balance when you are logged into your Beach Club Rewards Account.
Can I redeem my points in store?

You cannot redeem points instore, rewards are exclusively redeemable online.
Do my points expire?

Yes, your points will expire 2 years after the date earned.
How do I redeem my points?

Once you earn enough points to redeem a coupon, enter your code at checkout to apply it to your order. Please note coupons cannot be combined. Minimum spend applies*
- 300 points = €10 off
- 600 points = €20 off
- 700 points = €30 off
- 1,000 points = €50 off
Is there a minimum discount I can receive with my points?

Yes, there is a minimum discount of €10 which can you redeem, you will need 300 points. Minimum spend applies*
Is there a maximum discount I can receive with my points?

Yes, there is a maximum discount of €50 which can be redeemed on one order, you will need 1,000 points. Minimum spend applies*
Can I use my points alongside a promotion code?

No, your coupon code can be applied at checkout and cannot be combined with other coupons or discounts code.
Is there a minimum spend required to use my coupon?

Yes, each coupon has a minimum spend requirement before it can be applied:
- €10 off – minimum spend of €150
- €20 off – minimum spend of €250
- €30 off – minimum spend of €300
- €50 off – minimum spend of €400
Please ensure your order meets the relevant minimum spend threshold for your coupon to be applied at checkout.
How do I opt out of the loyalty programme?

We’d be very sad to lose you as a member of our club, however if you choose to opt out, please email shopeu@odabash.com to confirm your request. This means that your customer account will be deleted and you will then have to complete any future orders as a guest.
